This tells you which *days* — weekdays when neither side is on a public holiday. Holidays falling at a weekend are ignored, because they cost nobody a working day. **241** shared working days in 2026, out of 261 weekdays. 20 weekdays lost because one side is off: United Kingdom 5, Japan 16 .
