# Affiliate & Sponsorship Disclosure

Geo-Parity is free to use and is supported by affiliate and sponsored links, plus optional [paid plans](https://geo-parity.com/pricing/). Some outbound links are affiliate links: if you click one and sign up or buy, Adam Simmons Spaans may earn a commission — **at no extra cost to you**.

## Our promise

- Commercial links **never change the numbers**. Calculations use the same third-party data regardless of any commercial relationship.
- They **never change which option a tool recommends**. Rankings (fair salary, cheapest region, best latency, etc.) are computed purely from data.
- We only feature services we consider genuinely relevant to a given tool (for example global payroll alongside the fair-pay tools, or nomad insurance alongside the visa tools).
- Sponsored placements are **labelled**, and affiliate links are marked up as `rel="sponsored nofollow"` so search engines and AI agents can identify them.
- On the banking tool we hold a researched list of banks and money apps and **show none of it** unless we have a partner relationship with that provider. The country facts beside it — account rules, deposit guarantees, instant payments — are sourced from regulators and never influenced by a partnership, and no provider is named in the page, the API or the agent tools until it is partnered and labelled.

## How it works

When you click an affiliate or sponsored link, your browser sends an anonymous, aggregate count to us so we can see which links are useful — with no cookies and no personal identifier (see the [Privacy Policy](https://geo-parity.com/privacy/)). Some placements may currently point to a partner's normal homepage until a tracked link is in place; the disclosure above applies to all of them regardless.
